Genius Coffee – From seed to coffee in a cup

 

 

Aung Nay Lin Tun Company is a family business which manufactures and distributes the unique “Genius Shan Highlands Coffee” since 2012.   

The coffee producer is rare in that they manufacture and distribute coffee end-to-end,

as they plant, produce, and make freshly brewed coffee from seed to coffee in a cup. 

Café Genius coffee shop and café recently opened at No. 220,  31^st Street, Kyauktada Township, Yangon. 

The sore don’t just serve various variety of coffee by professional baristas,

but also offer catering services for special occasions, corporate and private events, consultancy/ advisory service

for the new coffee shop owners setting up, include providing training for coffee barista and coffee appreciation for consumers. 

 

 

Aung Nay Lin Tun collected the Arabica coffee seeds which are cultivated in Ywa Ngan region, Southern Shan State. 

From there, the coffee seeds are processed by the dry process method, which is simpler

and less labor-intensive as the berries can be strip picked, home-roasted, (and sometimes decaffeinated)

and well stored just in time for consumers’ orders so that the coffee is as provided as fresh as possible.
